1. Digital Product Nature

VideoMaker Pro provides digital services, including AI video generation credits and subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital products, once services have been provided or consumed, they cannot be returned or resold.

2. Credit Consumption

Credits are units used to access VideoMaker Pro's video generation services. When you initiate a video generation task, the required credits are temporarily frozen and deducted upon successful completion. If generation fails, the frozen credits are automatically released and returned to your account.

3. No Refunds for Used Credits

Credits that have been consumed for video generation are non-refundable, regardless of whether the output meets your expectations. We recommend carefully reviewing your prompt, model selection, and parameter settings before starting a generation to ensure satisfactory results.

4. Technical Fault Refunds

If a system error or platform failure on our part prevents you from using purchased credits, you may contact our support team. Upon verification, we will refund the affected credits or provide an appropriate compensation solution.

5. Duplicate Charge Refunds

If you discover that your account has been charged twice for the same purchase, please contact our support team immediately. Upon verification, we will refund the full amount of the duplicate charge. Refunds for duplicate charges will be returned to your original payment method.

6. Subscription Refunds

For subscription plans, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment by contacting our support team. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, credits already credited for the current period remain usable until the period ends.
